Dr. Pulipati Akshaya Chowdary is a Consultant Nephrologist and Transplant Physician with a D.M. from MS Ramaiah Medical College, Bengaluru. With over six years of clinical and academic experience across General Medicine and Nephrology, Dr. Chowdary brings a systematic and empathetic approach to the comprehensive management of kidney diseases.

Dr. Chowdary has a particular interest in acute kidney injury (AKI), renal stone disease and high-risk kidney transplantation. His academic work includes original research on dialysis protocols and infections in critically ill patients, with multiple presentations at national and regional conferences such as APICON and ISNCON, and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

He has also contributed to medical education and healthcare leadership, having served as Assistant Nodal Officer during the COVID-19 response and as an academic coordinator and conference organiser.
