About kidney stones
we understand the significance of kidney health. Kidney stones, crystalline deposits that form in the kidneys, are a common yet painful condition affecting millions worldwide. These stones develop when substances like calcium, oxalate, and phosphorus accumulate in concentrated amounts, creating solid masses. The size and composition of kidney stones vary, leading to diverse symptoms such as severe pain, hematuria (blood in urine), and urinary tract infections
Our mission is to relieve discomfort, promote kidney health, and empower individuals with the knowledge to prevent future occurrences. Trust us to navigate the journey towards kidney stone-free living, backed by a commitment to excellence and compassionate care
Work Experience
Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy (URSL)
Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
Retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS)
In this procedure, a thin, flexible scope is inserted through the urethra and bladder into the ureter to locate and remove or fragment stones using small instruments. It's effective for stones located in the ureter or kidney.
Used for larger or more complex stones, PCNL involves making a small incision in the back to access the kidney directly. A nephroscope is inserted through this incision to break up or remove the stones.
Retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) is a minimally invasive
procedure used to treat kidney stones located within the kidney
and upper urinary tract. It's performed using a flexible ureteroscope, a thin tube-like instrument equipped with a camera and specialized tools.
